Tour de France winner Carlos Sastre of Spain wears the leader's yellow jersey as he cycles past the Arc de Triomphe

Belgian Gertd Steedmans won the final sprint down Paris's Champs Elysées on the 21st and final stage of the 95th Tour de France. But 33-year-old Carlos Sastre was crowned champion of the whole race, making this the eighth time a Spaniard has won the yellow jersey.
