Zimbabwe opposition party the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) said Tuesday that they may not attend the newly-scheduled regional meeting on October 27. MDC spokesman Nelson Chamisa said it was too early to tell whether the party would attend after MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai was not issued his passport for the current meeting until the night before the event.
