European carmakers feel the crunch

As the big three US car makers are anxiously awaiting Washington's decision on a bail out plan, German subsidaries of American car makers feel the heat. And even if the Opel factory in Rüsselsheim, a daughter of General Motors, and Ford Europe are doing relatively well under the circumstances, employees fear that their struggling US headquarters might not be able to save them. RFI's Jan van der Made travelled to Germany and gauged the athmosphere.
