French actress Isabelle Huppert and Italy's Asia Argento are among the jurors for the 62nd Cannes film festival to be held in the Riviera resort on 13-24 May. Big names pitching for the Palme d'Or include the US's Quentin Tarnantino, Britain's Ken Loach and Spain's Pedro Almodavar.

Huppert, who has twice won best actress winner, is to head the jury. Other jurors are:

British director John Boorman will head a second jury which will judge short films.
