On the agenda at the Brussels summit is the economic crisis, the Lisbon Treaty and climate change. RFI's Sarah Elzas speaks to Karel Lannoo, Chief Executive of the Centre for European Policy Studies and Jakob von Weizsäcker from the Bruegel think tank.

Should the EU be trying to come up with some kind of unified solution to the economic crisis? Should the focus be on the banking system or is monetary and fiscal policy more important? And as France's presidency of the EU comes to a close how will the Czech Republic handle the presidency?
