Italian Riccardo Ricco of Saunier Duval won the Tour de France sixth stage on Thursday, and Luxembourg's Kim Kirchen took over the yellow jersey as the previous leader, German Stefan Schumacher crashed in the final minutes, losing almost 30 seconds.
