Pre-tour gives pre-taste of new album

Rokia Traore, one of the most popular artists to have emerged from Mali in recent years, has started experimenting with a more Afro-groove edge to her work. Fans lucky enough to catch the singer on her recent mini-tour in France got to hear a selection of "songs in progress" that will feature on her next album.
