With the rainy season starting again, Kenyans are hoping this year might be the one to break the five-year drought that has hit east Africa. Some 23 million people across seven countries are threatened with starvation, according to aid agencies. The drought is directly linked to climate change. Kenya's northeast Turkana province is the worst hit area. Christ Thompson reports from the regional capital Lodwar.
